All items have been handmade with attention to detail & style.  And because of that, your item will be the one and only!  Each skein of yarn can be slightly different than the next, so bulk orders will be made from the same brand & color of yarn & purchased at the same time.  Due to them being handmade & not made by a machine your item will truly be a one of a kind!  

 

Because all of the items made by Lynze Lou are handmade, please allow 12-14 business days for your item to be made.  During the busy season it can take longer & will be noted at the time of purchase.

Bulk or wholesale orders may take longer & will be discussed before or at the time of purchase.

       Special Orders

 

I love to make special orders!  It gives my brain a new outlet to explore and create things that I don't usually get to make.  If there's something you are looking for and you don't see it in the store, just hop on over to the 'contact us' page and send me a message of what item you're looking for and we can go from there!  Depending on the item, how much the material will cost, and how much time it will take to make, price may vary & can be discussed at the time of order.

 

 

 

 

Shipping & Delivery

 

Our standard method of shipping is USPS ground shipping. You may expect to receive your order within 4-8 business days from the date that your one of a kind item is finished.

Currently, we do not ship to International or U.S. Territory locations such as Canada, Puerto Rico, Mexico, or any destination outside the contiguous United States. 

 

On occasion, we may experience an unforseen delay in the shipment of your order. In such a case, you will be notified via email from LynzeLouCreations@icloud.com. When delayed shipments become ready to ship, we will email you unless you contact us and choose to cancel any portion of your order that has not been shipped.

 

If your order does not arrive within the specified delivery timeframe please let us know. Tracking information is provided via email for all orders. On occasion, some orders may be signed for by a person other than yourself. This may include a family member, neighbor, co-worker, or property manager. Packages may also be left at your front door. If for some reason, your delivery has not been received within the specified timeframe and cannot be located with the tracking information provided, please contact us.

 

Tracking Your Order

 

Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your package has been shipped.  All items will be shipped by the USPS.  If you would like your package shipped using another carrier, please inform us durring check out.

 

100% Secure Ordering

 

Our check out is 100% secure.  PayPal's secure policy protects both the buyer and the seller.  

 

We also accept payment by credit card, cash or check if you would so prefer.  If you would like to place an order, but prefer to not use PayPal, please send us a message & we will send you an invoice with alternate ways to pay.  



​Exchanges

 

Due to all items being hand made, returns will not be excepted unless there is a mistake on our part. Please make sure that you have ordered the correct size upon paying for your invoice. The item being returned/exchanged must be discussed with & received by Lynze Lou Creations before the new item will be made & shipped out.  Please contact us if you have any questions about exchanges before checking out.
